*Class Curriculum*

In this interactive workshop, you'll learn:

1. *Mushroom biology*: Understand the life cycle, growth habits, and nutritional requirements of various mushroom species.

2. *Substrate preparation*: Learn how to prepare and pasteurize substrates for mushroom cultivation.

3. *Spawn selection and handling*: Discover how to select and handle mushroom spawn for optimal growth.

4. *Environmental control*: Understand the importance of temperature, humidity, and light control in mushroom cultivation.

5. *Pest management and troubleshooting*: Learn how to identify and manage common pests and issues in mushroom cultivation.

*Hands-on Experience*

Participants will have the opportunity to:

- *Inoculate substrates*: Hands-on experience with inoculating substrates with mushroom spawn.

- *Maintain a mushroom grow*: Learn how to monitor and maintain a healthy mushroom grow.

*Take-Home Materials*

- *Mushroom growing kit*: Participants will receive a take-home mushroom growing kit, complete with substrate, spawn, and instructions.

- *Resource guide*: A comprehensive resource guide, including tips, tricks, and recommended suppliers.
